This 3-hour seminar introduces the construct of emotional intelligence and provides an overview of how our EI affects our personal and professional functioning. The seminar includes information on important differences between emotional intelligence, IQ, and personality. Interesting research on how EI can be leveraged to benefit both individuals and organizations will also be presented.
