Leadership is critical to the success, if not survival, of any organization. Participants in this workshop will gain a deeper understanding of leadership development and the key characteristics of successful leaders. Based on Kouzes and Pozner’s classic book by the same title, this seminar will challenge leaders to engage in the essential practices of leadership. To be successful, leaders need strong personal and interpersonal skills. Effective leaders must develop the ability to make difficult decisions, inspire others, manage crisis, and maintain a sense of well-being. This workshop will include the well-known LPI leadership assessment and focus on developing the Five Practices of an effective leader.
Prior attendance at the Emotionally Effective Leader workshop is recommended but not required for participation in this workshop.
