Join Catherine for a unique experience at the Planetarium in the Grand Rapids Public Museum. This will be a sound bath like no other!
Under the domed ceiling of the planetarium, we’ll spend 60 minutes immersing in sound from meditative instruments while a tailored projection of the night sky is played overhead on the planetarium ceiling.
The purpose of a sound bath is relaxation; the sound waves affect the smallest structures of the body and help to rebalance and recalibrate all systems in the body.
Appropriate for all, 10 years and older. Dress in comfy clothes and bring any pillows, blankets, or other relaxation aids.
