We are excited to offer our first knife class here at LEB.
Local Knife maker Edward Mayhew from Holland Michigan will be on hand to talk about how he makes his knives and the differences between a hand crafted knife and commercially made products.
We will be discussing the different types and uses of a variety of knives. One of the most commonly asked questions we get, “how do I keep my knife sharp” will be addressed, and techniques for upkeep and maintenance of knives.
And of course snacks, we will have charcuterie to snack on, as well as a demonstration on how to bone a chicken and turn it into a class Galentine dish, which you’ll get to taste.
Beer & Wine will be available for purchase as well.
Hope to see you for this first time class! For tickets, click here: Knife Class – Types – Maintenance – Uses – Louise Earl Butcher – Grand Rapids, MI | Tock | Tock (exploretock.com)
