One of our favorite and truly special nights of the year!

True, real Champagne is only made in the region of Champagne, France and as such is a delightful story and experience every time. Bradford Hammerschmidt of Imperial Beverage will once again be joining us to regale us with tales of real, true Champagne while sharing with us 5 of the best the region has to offer from some of the smallest producers…the growers!

We will be joined by Andrew from Fromi, one of our new French importers! As always, our amazing team will be preparing unique food pairings for all 5 champagnes we taste with cheeses from Andrew’s portfolio!

This is a ticketed, seated event. We cannot accept walk-ins! Must be 21 years of age.

Please let us know at time of registration if you have any food allergies or concerns so that we can address them ahead of time. We cannot make substitutions at event time.

Feel free to join us at the bar prior to class for food and drink! Note, we will be stopping food service at 6:30pm to be ready for the rest of the evening.

In the unlikely event we should need to cancel the event, we will reach out to you as an attendee to offer a rescheduled class. I mean, who knows, we do live in Michigan…
