The evening will begin with an amuse-bouche course and a few introductions before the first of four courses is brought out. We are so excited to be working with the team from Vigneti Le Monde, who manage La Ponca, to bring the famous wines of Northern Italy right here to Grand Rapids and pair them with artfully crafted dishes from our Executive Chef, Dan Blanchard.
