Michelle is an Anatomy in Motion practitioner. AiM is the brainchild of Gary Ward out of the UK, and it is a way to address skeletal issues/pain by assessing the different phases of gait and understanding where your Center of Mass is in regards to your feet. Your feet are made to move with 26 bones and 33 joints, and those joints have a domino effect up the entire skeleton….meaning that the ankle sprain you had 20 years ago can be contributing to your shoulder issue now. It is incredibly effective, and can be used to address plantar fasciitis, bunions, knee pain, Morton’s neuroma, hip pain, back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain.
