GOOD FOR GOVERANCE: Gun Lake Investments

Gun Lake Investments creates economic, employment, and individual investment opportunities that support self-sufficiency and economic diversification for the Tribal citizens of Match-E-Be-Nash-She-Wish Band of Pottawatomi Indians.

Gun Lake Investments took the B Impact Assessment to further understand their current position as well as build out goals for the future. They use their impact report as a tool to help educate their stakeholders and inform their environmental social governance strategy.

Their governance structure reflects the seven grandfather teachings of wisdom, truth, love, respect, bravery, honesty, and humility. With policies that ensure that all employee feedback is heard and valued, they focus on partnerships that move their mission and broader goals forward so they can provide a sustainable future for the next seven generations.
