It helps them feel positive about their birth experience and to feel relaxed\, trust their bodies\, and to feel confident towards whatever path their birth journey may take. \nThis is a complete HypnoBirthing series over 5 weeks on Monday evenings from 6:30-9:00pm at the Gold Coast Doulas office in Eastown. \nThe dates of this series will be: April 16\, 23\, 30th\, May 7th\, 14th. \nIf you would like to enroll\, please fill out our registration form\, click on HypnoBirthing and select the date you wish to start class. We require a minimum of 3 couples to run a series. If you have enrolled and we do not reach our minimum\, we will contact you well in advance of the start of the class to inform you of the cancellation. DESCRIPTION:The Local First Coffee Hour events are a casual opportunity to connect with member businesses\, hear about our upcoming programs\, and learn how to build an economy that puts people first. We host them monthly with the support of Bloom Credit Union. \nHost highlight: Field & Fire Cafe is an expansion of our original woodfired bakery in the downtown market. The café features breakfast and lunch focusing on local\, organic ingredients\, making simple dishes with big flavor…. from scratch. We bring hand-made breads\, pastries\, breakfasts\, lunches\, and coffee drinks to the North Monroe district of downtown Grand Rapids. \nSafety expectations: We’d like to continue meeting monthly\, in-person for our Coffee Hour events. To safely do so\, event attendees are expected to adhere to current CDC recommendations. Masks are optional and we have developed a sticker system to identify attendees’ comfort levels. Changes to this protocol will be made when/if necessary. \nWe hope you’ll join us for good coffee\, better conversation\, and to celebrate our beloved Kathleen Roark‘s 30th Birthday!
