HypnoBirthing is a tried and proven method that guides and prepares a birthing person in a peaceful manner. It is a program that considers the psychological\, as well as the physical\, well-being of the birthing person\, the birth partner\, and the newborn. It helps them feel positive about their birth experience and to feel relaxed\, trust their bodies\, and to feel confident towards whatever path their birth journey may take. \nThis is a complete HypnoBirthing series over 5 weeks on Monday evenings from 6:30-9:00pm at the Gold Coast Doulas office in Eastown. \nThe dates of this series will be: April 16\, 23\, 30th\, May 7th\, 14th. \nIf you would like to enroll\, please fill out our registration form\, click on HypnoBirthing and select the date you wish to start class. We require a minimum of 3 couples to run a series. We exist to change the narrative of coffee to be more sustainable\, equitable and inclusive and to set an example for doing business better. \nSafety expectations: We’d like to continue meeting monthly\, in-person for our Coffee Hour events. To safely do so\, event attendees are expected to adhere to current CDC recommendations. Masks are optional and we have developed a sticker system to identify attendees’ comfort levels. Changes to this protocol will be made when/if necessary. \nWe hope you’ll join us for good coffee and even better conversation.
