SUMMARY:Local First Webinar: How to Stack IRA\, ITC and Utility Incentives to Help Your Small Business
DESCRIPTION:This informative webinar will highlight the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)\, the Investment Tax Credit (ITC)\, and utility incentives aimed at fostering energy efficiency and clean energy. These incentives\, including the updated 179D deduction and the 45L Energy Efficient Home Credit\, offer significant tax credits for energy-saving renovations and new construction projects. The ITC provides a 30% tax credit for solar installations\, with additional perks for meeting specific criteria. For small businesses\, these incentives present a valuable opportunity to reduce operational costs\, enhance sustainability\, and invest in energy-efficient solutions that improve long-term profitability. By combining these IRA and ITC tax credits with utility energy efficiency incentives\, small businesses can make energy efficiency projects very cost effective\, allowing them to achieve substantial operational cost savings\, long-term profitability and competitiveness in the market. \nDon’t miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights\, clarifications\, and next steps from the experts at Catalyst Partners. \nAbout Catalyst Partners: \nFor the last 20 years\, Catalyst Partners has been assembling a team of trusted industry leaders who share a common passion: to create positive environmental impact\, one project at a time. Founded on the principles of integrative project delivery\, we act as the “catalyst” to help our clients establish their objectives and achieve them via our various Sustainability Consulting\, Healthy Building Consulting\, Building Performance\, and Green Building Certification services. \nWe have delivered over 500 projects and have provided building performance and consulting services for over 39 million square feet of projects locally\, nationally\, and internationally. But we bring something more than just volume; we bring a sincere interest in listening to our clients and tailoring our approach to the precise needs of each and every project.

SUMMARY:Psychological Personnel Assessments: The Good\, the Bad\, & the Ugly
DESCRIPTION:Psychological testing and personality assessments can offer valuable insights during a hiring or organizational development process. When valid and reliable\, assessments can help to describe and predict employee fit and performance very effectively. However\, unless these tools are understood and used correctly\, they can also be costly or even counterproductive in an organization. The purpose of this seminar is to provide an overview of popular assessments that are used for both hiring and organizational development processes\, offer guidelines for administering the assessments and recommendations for interpreting results. Some of the assessments that will be covered include the DiSC\, Meyers-Briggs\, Predictive Index\, NEO\, and the EQ-i. The advantages\, disadvantages\, and limitations of each measure will be described. A summary of ethical and legal considerations will also be covered. Participants will gain insight into which assessment\, if any\, is the best fit for their organization and learn tools needed to gain insight into themselves and their organization. 1 hour of 1:1 consultation at no additional charge is included. \nAssociated Business: THE PSYCON COMPANY
